The 16th International Symposium on Intelligence Computation and Applications 2026 (ISICA2026) will be held on November 15-16, 2026 in Guangzhou, China, and will serve as a forum to present the current work of researchers and software developers from around the world as well as to highlight activities in the Intelligence Computation and Applications areas. It aims to bring the research scientists together such as application pioneers, and software developers to discuss problems and solutions and to identify current and new issues in this area. The conference will emphasize both the design and the analysis of Intelligence algorithms, tools, platforms, and their scientific, engineering, medical and industrial applications. This conference is jointly organized by South China Agricultural University,Guangdong Baiyun College and School of Artificial Intelligence of Sun Yat-Sen University. ISICA has successfully held 15 times since 2005 and presented 15 proceedings, including three volumes of Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) by Springer and three books by China University of Geosciences Press. All papers included in the volumes of CCIS have been indexed by both EI and ISTP, and the papers included in the three books are indexed by ISTP.
Post-proceedings of presented and refereed papers will be published with Springer as a volume of CCIS (http://www.springer.com/series/7899). CCIS has been indexed by both EI and ISTP according the previous ISICA proceedings index results. All papers should be in PDF format, and submitted electronically through the conference website. The manuscripts should be written in English, and follow the CCIS format provided at http://www.springer.com/computer?SGWID=0-146-6-466612-0 on Springer website. All accepted papers must meet the strict requirements imposed by the publisher before final submission.
