The 4th International Conference on High Performance Computing and Applications 2019 (HPCA2019) to be held on November 20-21, 2019 in Guangzhou, China, will serve as a forum to present current work by researchers and software developers from around the world as well as to highlight activities in the high performance computing area. It aims to bring together research scientists, application pioneers, and software developers to discuss problems and solutions and to identify new issues in this area. The conference will emphasize both design and analysis of high performance computing algorithms, tools, platforms, and their scientific, engineering, medical and industrial applications.
Post-proceedings of presented and refereed papers will be published with Springer as a volume of CCIS ( http://www.springer.com/series/558). CCIS volumes are indexed in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), part of Clarivate Analytics, Web of Science, Scopus, EI Engineering Index, Google Scholar, DBLP, etc.. All papers should be in PDF format, and submitted electronically through the conference website. The manuscripts should be written in English, and follow the CCIS format provided at https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines on Springer website. Papers are limited to 10 to 15 pages in the CCIS one-column page format. All accepted papers must meet the strict requirements imposed by the publisher before final submission.
